Capability Building
Programme for Project Leaders and
Talents in the Guangdong-
Hong Kong Construction Industry

Launched in August 2025, this initiative brings together Guangdong and Hong Kong’s construction sectors, with project leaders from governments, public bodies, consultants and contractors sharing expertise on policies, technologies and market practices in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Through seminars, case studies, site visits and exchanges, participants explore major-project leadership, advanced construction, standards, digitalisation and supply chains. The programme aims to build a connected regional talent community that works confidently across borders, combining Guangdong’s industrial strength with Hong Kong’s professional, project-management and international expertise.

With ongoing cohorts and alumni engagement, the programme drives practical co-operation, career growth and high-quality development across the region.
