The Centre of Excellence for Major Project Leaders has been selected as a Belt and Road Capacity Building Platform with a view to exchanging knowledge to promote development, deepening the soft connectivity of rules and standards, exploring collaboration opportunities and enhancing people-to-people bonds with Belt and Road countries.
