Leadership Programme
The Major Projects Leadership Programme is the Centre of Excellence for Major Project Leaders’ flagship programme for senior leaders who oversee major and complex projects.
Developed with Oxford’s Saïd Business School, this 12-month programme combines international classes, Hong Kong sessions, masterclasses, and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area experiences.
The programme develops leaders who can define the right problems, align stakeholders and make sound decisions amid uncertainty. Graduates learn to connect strategic intent with delivery, build high-performing teams, and champion innovation, value and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Participants come from government, public organisations, consultancies, contractors, and, increasingly, Mainland authorities. Learning is grounded in real project challenges and peer exchange, complemented by an active alumni network that brings international practice into Hong Kong’s capital works programme.
