Hong Kong and Singapore both oversee substantial public infrastructure programmes within dense urban environments, sharing common interests in productivity, digitalisation, innovative construction methods and leadership development.
The third Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) between the Development Bureau in Hong Kong and the Ministry of Finance in Singapore was signed in November 2025.
The MoU aims to enhance exchanges of professional knowledge and experience in managing and delivering infrastructure projects, and facilitate collaboration between Hong Kong and Singapore, thereby boosting productivity and performance in their construction industries.
