Capability Programme
Launched in 2021 with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the Project Delivery Capability Programme is a one-year programme that develops mid-tier professionals – architects, engineers, surveyors and managers – who turn project strategy into everyday delivery.
It aims to build a strong pipeline of capable leaders equipped with technical expertise, commercial awareness, collaborative leadership and practical problem-solving skills, preparing them to take on greater responsibility for major projects.
The programme features structured modules, real case studies, practitioner insights and hands-on assignments. Originally designed for government staff, it now includes public clients, consultants and contractors, fostering a shared delivery culture. Graduates and advisers stay connected through an ongoing community, exchanging lessons and strengthening capability across the wider industry.
