Digitalisation
The DEVB has been actively promoting the digitalisation of the works supervision system. Starting from the second quarter of 2020, the digital works supervision system was implemented in phases in all public works projects.
The Technical Circular (Works) No. 2/2023 on Digital Works Supervision System (DWSS) was promulgated in 2023 which set out the latest policy and requirements on the adoption of the DWSS in capital works contracts under the Capital Works Programme.
