Capability
We strive to devise and implement initiatives to increase project delivery capability and performance. We have established and are managing the Centre of Excellence for Major Project Leaders (CoE) to provide major project leaders with high-level training, with a view to uplifting project delivery capability, attaining better project delivery performance and ensuring cost-effective use of public money under the Capital Works Programme (CWP).
