Strategy
The “Construction 2.0 – Time to Change” initiative is implemented to reform and upgrade the construction industry, while at the same time promoting the industry’s sustainability and the long-term development of Hong Kong. Under the three pillars of “innovation”, “professionalisation” and “revitalisation”, the Project Strategy and Governance Office (PSGO) aims to enhance the capacity and sustainability of the industry, with improved productivity, quality, safety and environmental performance.
